The Betty Barclay Group is strengthening its digital division.

The clothing group has filled two key positions in the digital division, Viktor Ronkin and Johannes Montag. Ronkin will take on the role of Director of Digital Business, while Montag will take on the role of Head of E-Commerce, Betty Barclay Group confirmed when contacted by FashionUnited. The industry magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on the personal details.

The new Director of Digital Business, Ronkin, follows in the footsteps of Anna-Carina März. The digital expert moved from Mytheresa to Betty Barclay in 2022 and has now left the company by mutual agreement to take on a new challenge. According to his profile on the career network Linkedin, her successor worked for the Munich fashion retailer Konen for almost four years before being appointed Head of Business Development following the takeover by Breuninger.

The second in the group, Montag, is also an experienced digital expert and has headed the online business of the handbag specialist Picard as Head of E-Commerce since 2021. He succeeds Jasmin Neumann, who is currently on parental leave, according to the statement.

Both Montag and Ronkin are responsible for both the Betty Barclay Group and the women’s fashion label Zero, which was acquired in 2020.
