Bess met the love of her life at the altar – One thing about her partner remains a secret

He sought therapy. It helped him put his feelings into words and understand the roots of his thoughts. He is horrified by the current crisis situation, when not everyone who needs help can get therapy.

– It is really worrying. Really. I hope that everyone who needs help would get it without the situation getting to the point where people commit suicide. Getting help in time is a prerequisite for all well-being and ability to work for both the person and society, the artist states.

Bess hopes to help others at least through her music.

– I have been in a really dark place myself, where the will to live and the belief that there is something worth living for have been missing. I can be a peer support when I know what I’m talking about, he says.

“Without Danny”

According to Bess, she wouldn’t be at this point in her career without her partner either Danny’s support and love. The couple literally met each other at the altar at their friend’s wedding.

According to Bess, she knew in a millisecond that Danny would be her future husband. When the spark ignited, the two started dating in the summer of 2020.

– Our meeting at that very point has been immeasurably important. That’s why I believe that things happen at the right time, the artist says.

– I claim that my life would be really different without that love, without Danny. I don’t really want to even think about what it might be like. I am happier than ever, he adds.

The two have some age difference. However, Bess has not wanted to publicly say how big the age difference is. Why?

– During my life, I have learned that a person’s external characteristics, such as age, gender and cultural differences, are quite irrelevant. They are irrelevant when something deep in the soul and heart meets. No one can decide who to fall in love with, the singer replies.

Danny is a sales and communication trainer by profession and has also done a lot of work in the theater industry. Today, he accompanies Bess to gigs and acts as her bodyguard.

According to Bess, they have easily been able to work together. However, he does not claim that it is always perfect.

– When you’re in any situation with the same people for, say, 72 hours, someone might occasionally have a bad day or have a temper tantrum. I think my work group has been successful in that we can also express that if we are not in the mood to talk, the singer emphasizes.

– A relationship is not always smooth and wonderful, of course not. Communication is the most important thing in the world, and we have succeeded in that. But you also have to work on it and be constantly honest, he continues.

“Child lock”

Bess is also honest about his gig pace. Last year he did a total of 100 gigs. However, in his opinion, it is still a trainee level compared to Konkari performers.

He has had more time to get used to using social media as a tool. At first, it was not natural for Bess to produce social media content or take pictures of herself. Today, the situation is different, and he has gotten a lot of ideas based on discussions on social media.

However, the singer has noticed how easily social media can take its toll.

– I’ve had to put a parental lock on myself, because it easily takes an hour to watch people’s story publications. I could have learned to play new chords on the guitar or called a loved one and asked for news.

– Some have both good and bad sides. I think you have to approach it in such a way that you are aware of both sides. And set a timer so you know when you’ve used social media for an hour. Life is really short, and time is easily wasted. You should think about what you want to use your time for, he reminds.

Honorable mission

Very soon, Bess will take a significant step in her career. He will do his first hosting gig on the big Emma gala stage today, Saturday, February 17. Excitement is in the air, and there is no previous hosting experience yet. He couldn’t be more excited.

Bess herself has played the role of a thriller at the gala, and last year she received no less than four Emma awards. Now the artist plans to use his experience as a presenter.

– I know what it’s like to be on stage receiving awards. Now, when I’m there as a host, I want to give credit to others and behave according to both the value of the party and my role, says Bess.

– Yes, I certainly could. I’m curious about new experiences, so why not flip this card over and try it out. Life must be lived and opportunities should be seized when they arise. However, we’ll see how this goes now, he says with a smile.
