In its condolence message published on its official website, the black-and-white club stated, “We have learned with deep sadness that Hikmet Çapanoğlu, the Technical Manager of our U-17 Academy Team and one of our former football players, passed away as a result of a heart attack. May God have mercy on Hikmet Çapanoğlu, whose services to our club we will always remember with respect, and we express our condolences to his family, relatives and community.”
