Relegation with 233 goals conceded
The transfer market database is enriched by another milestone: The 2012/13 season of the Berlin League is available with all detailed information. The BSV Hürtürkel, who marched through the 7th league directly from the 7th league, became champion in front of co -promoted TuS Makkabi Berlin. SFC Stern finished third in 1900. The former Bundesliga club Tebe Berlin reached eighth, SV Tasmania, unofficial successor to the legendary SC Tasmania, 15th.
Türkiyemspor Berlin, the Adlershofer BC 08 and the third promoted team, Club Italia, descended to the 7th division at the end of the season. The latter made for nationwide headlines in 2016 with the commitment of coach Thomas Häßler. Today’s Berlin United would rather not remember the 2012/13 season. The team played a disastrous season with just one win, a total of six points and a goal difference of 26: 233. After the first half of the season, the club almost lost the entire first team and ended the season with the 2nd team.
The then 22-year-old striker Safa Sentürk became the top scorer by Master Hürtürkel. He scored 37 times in 33 games and had eleven goals ahead of Christoph Zorn von Eintracht Mahlsdorf and Marc Zellner from VfB Hermsdorf. This is sometimes also due to the Club Italia: Senturk scored against it on the penultimate matchday at 16: 1 all 16 goals. In both games, anger “only” scored seven goals against the relegated team, Zellner at six.
