Berenice, how were your beginnings in the real estate industry?
I started in November 2015, a huge challenge. The market where we are based is limited and I didn’t know if the public was going to adapt to the figure of a young woman in such a traditional environment. I was fortunate to have wonderful people who made this path possible. My mother, the sense of duty and love; my son, the purest motivation, my daily drive, the reason that gives meaning to each achievement and each step on this journey; my sister, my right hand and today colleague; and my dad, a great companion, my fundamental pillar.
In addition, I also had the opportunity to have great people like Mr. Horacio Luis López, who accompanied me in the registration process; Mrs. Mirta Prinsi, a brilliant woman, who gave me a space; Dr. Marta Anzoátegui, teacher of vocation and heart, a constant guide; and Mrs. Silvia Perla Bousquet, who fully trusted my work, and continues to do so to this day, my first client. They were the support of my first steps.
What distinguishes Tacoronte Propiedades within the current market?
We are characterized by a warm and human treatment. We always seek to make the client feel comfortable, calm and safe throughout the entire process. Our way of working is neat, with a strong vocation for training and improvement. We want each person to perfectly understand everything we are managing, because behind each operation there are dreams, life projects and emotions.
Today, after ten years, we managed to restore an old house that combines sophisticated and warm environments, specially designed to provide the best service and experience to our clients.
How do you see the panorama of the current real estate market?
Deeds increased, operations multiplied and mortgage loans are beginning to have a presence again. It is a time of reactivation and optimism, where it is noticeable that people once again trust in bricks as a solid and safe investment. The current panorama of the real estate market is very positive.
What does it mean to you to celebrate 10 years at the helm of your real estate agency today?
A mix of excitement, pride and gratitude. Ten years means commitment, learning, work, empathy… it means the vision of the effort to build something lasting. Being a woman in this field has a special value: it is demonstrating that sensitivity, intuition and the ability to listen are also great professional tools.
In this area, what is your dream or project for the future?
My great dream is to achieve, through real estate, to bring to different places in the country the beauty of our landscapes, the peace that is breathed in every corner, the potential of our lands… to share with you everything that makes my beloved PUAN special.
