Bells in Anzegem ring again after 8 years

Bells in Anzegem ring again after 8 years

Church factory Sint-Jan Baptist and Sint-Eligius and the pastoral unit Vincentius Community do not want to let this milestone pass unnoticed and link the festive ringing of the bells to an Easter egg throw for all children.

The bells will be heralded by the godfather, baronet Benoit de Maere d’Aertrycke and the godmother Countess Marie-Hélène de Limburg-Stirum. The Easter egg throw takes place on the grassy square at the back of the Sint-Janskerk.

The tower of the church has been restored along with several outbuildings as part of the real estate heritage. A designer is still being sought for the reconstruction of the ship.
