Leverkusen (dpa) – The former national soccer player Karim Bellarabi says he is not interested in changing clubs.
He still has a contract next season and Bayer Leverkusen is his club, the 31-year-old offensive player told Sky TV. But it is also clear “that it would be a dream to end my career here”. Bellarabi’s contract with the current third-placed Bundesliga team runs until June 30, 2023.
Bellarabi, who played his last of eleven international matches on August 31, 2016 in a 2-0 win against Finland, wants to discover the world after his sporting career. He will spend a lot of time at the sea and on the beach, wants to eat healthy and go on a trip around the world, said the right winger. “I would also like to travel to Australia and America. A long round trip also appeals to me. I have a lot planned,” he explained.
