The Belgians commute about 32 million kilometers less due to telework every day. This is evident from the Telewerken survey that the Federal Public Service Mobility published on Tuesday. Seven out of ten Belgians work one to two days a week from home. As a result, 14 million kilometers less is also driven by car every day.
