Some time ago they stopped being simply a meeting point. For some time now, the beach paradores became more sophisticated and they redoubled the bet: now they not only offer a daily menu, recreation space and lounge chairs, but they also display Signature gastronomy, wellness initiatives and also nightlife proposals. From simple spectators, they became active references that mark and accompany the rhythm of the summer. Below, a review of some of the best proposals in the area that includes Cariló, Pinamar and Costa Esmeralda.

On Avenida del Mar and Odisea, Rada Beach is located in a calm enclave on the coast of Pinamar Norte. With a relaxed spirit, it is now in its ninth season and has 150 tents, 30 umbrellas and parasols and a restaurant with a menu based on seasonal products. “We understood that our customers needed to find everything in one place. Therefore, from the moment they arrive we surprise them with a welcome kit, then they can enjoy yoga, stretching or functional training classes, in the afternoon an exclusive massage in the relaxation area, and all accompanied by the best gastronomy and entertainment for the youngest ones,” details Walter Zenobi, partner of the venture.

At night, meanwhile, the parador does not lose its validity either. These days the “Meeting Kitchen” event was held, in which the styles of chefs Lelé Cristóbal and Pedro Demuru were fused in a five-course menu with local products as the protagonists and a pairing with wines from Luigi Bosca. In previous dates, references such as Donato de Santis, Felicitas Pizarro, Santiago Giorgioni and Florencia Rodríguez have cooked. And next January 20 there will be another event: the celebration Dinner White will invite you to a night with live music, dancing and good gastronomy facing the sea, with the motto of dressing entirely in white and being over 35 years old, an initiative highly appreciated by the public in the area and which is now in its third edition.
If I had to define the climate of this season, Zenobi would say that there is a general relaxation. “People come more relaxed and with a different attitude compared to last year. You see a lot of people reading and a lot of mate gatherings,” he points out. He also rescues the great gourmet movement: “we had Christmas and New Year’s dinners all booked and the restaurant is operating at a rate of 400 covers every day. We see that quality gastronomy is highly required.”

Toward Cariló, Hemingway It is a classic of the area that also puts emphasis on its cooking proposal. In addition to offering the infallible hits of the beach throughout the day, such as rabas, omelettes or mozzarella sticks, they extend their proposal to the night, inviting you to dine with a view of the sea. Here you can tempt yourself with a Valencian paella of the freshest seafood, grilled squid, bondiola ravioli, seared sweetbreads with cherry tomato, papines and mushrooms or a saffron shrimp risotto, among other options. To drink, clericó are usually a good decision.
As for the activities they offer, they have yoga from Thursday to Tuesday mornings and entertainment for the little ones, ensuring rest for parents.

Also in Cariló, Divisadero Club de Mar He had the pleasure of calling on a renowned local: Tato Giovannoni brings his touch to Zur, the house restaurant, with “coastal” cuisine and signature cocktails. Open during the day and also at night, it combines the freshness of sea ingredients with the best of Peruvian gastronomy.
Outside the restaurant, the parador offers a swimming pool, games for children, tents and umbrellas, volleyball courts and a special patio to receive pets.
Sunsets and sunrises
a few kilometers Towards the north of Pinamar is Costa Esmeraldathe largest private neighborhood in the area. So much so that inside it has three of its own spas that also set its agenda and style.
In Punta Norte, located at the end of the same name, they began the season by renewing the menu, both day and night. “The proposal for the night is much more elaborate and exclusive, with 100% signature cuisine. The atmosphere is relaxed, well lit and musical,” describes Fernando Laborde, owner. The nighttime activity runs from Wednesday to Sunday, although there are also afternoon cycles to accompany the sunset, such as live music sessions with bands or DJs, complemented by happy hours. “We are constantly looking at gastronomic trends from around the world and seeing how we can implement them, although we also seek a balance with the classics,” says Laborde.

Within the same neighborhood, Amarras is another parador that brings together neighbors. Here classic tents mutate into wooden gazebos with lounge chairs, allowing more space between one and the other, and the gastronomic offer of the place can be received in the sector, which operates under the Palma restaurant, a beach bistro that owes its name to chef Santiago Palma (and that is open all year round , not only in summer). The premise is Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal products, meats and fish, and there is also evening service with step dinners, tastings and themed meetings.
This season the sunsets are enlivened with DJ sets from Wednesday to Sunday, and on Fridays and Saturdays there are also after dinners, always in alliance with different beverage brands.
But it’s not all eating and drinking. In this area of the coast there is also space to connect with the body and a more spiritual vein. This is what they propose in the Sports Beach sector of the neighborhood, at the Cabo Suelto parador, where yoga, meditation and sungazing classes are held at 5:30 in the morning, to appreciate the sunrise and sunset in all its splendor. energy that it brings in those moments. The next appointment will be on Sunday the 19th. Although for those who do not want to get up so early, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays there are yoga classes at 8:30 in the Sports sector. Other options are Zumba classes, functional training, 360 strike games and volleyball, soccer, toccata, shuffleboard and trick tournaments.
Going to the beach is no longer simply a matter of choosing the best place to put your lounge chair. Choosing the parador to stay at also opens the door to a whole world of experiences that can mark the passage of the season.
