Canadian rapper bbno$ aka “baby no money” released “top gun” on October 6th, the fourth prelude to his forthcoming album BAG OR DIE, out October 21st. Alongside the song release, he also released the accompanying music video.
“I hope Tom Cruise hears the song, otherwise I’m mad”
Fast-paced puns, slick one-liners – the new single sounds a bit like a remix of a Tarantino soundtrack. The music video shows the rapper performing stunts on a racetrack and as a bound BDSM slave in a furniture store. “Will.i.am said the song was cool, so I think it is. Tom Cruise is hot too, I hope he hears the song or I’ll be mad,” says bbno$.
bbno$ previously released the singles “mathematics”, “piccolo” and “sophisticated”. With “C’est La Vie” he delivered a cooperation with the two rappers Yung Gravy and Rich Brian at the end of September. The former can also be heard on his forthcoming album. bbno$ stated, “BAG OR DIE represents the bbno$ ethos. Enjoy it, it almost killed me.”
