“Baywatch” mermaid Donna D’Errico (54) can still do it

By Ina Michaelis-Ugwonno

In the 90s, Donna D’Errico turned all fans’ heads in a red bathing suit as lifeguard Donna Marco in the cult series “Baywatch”. In a pink bikini, the “Baywatch” mermaid is now showing everyone: she’s still got it!

Hard to believe that Donna is already 54 years old. On her Instagram photos she could easily pass for mid-20s.

It’s no secret that she underwent a few plastic surgeries to get the way she looks today. In 2017, she had herself changed into a true surgical marathon in a beauty clinic. Four beauty procedures were on the program in just one day: liposuction, a bottom lift and corrections to the stomach and arms.

Donna D’Errico now also likes to show off her overhauled body in a bikini. But that doesn’t suit everyone. When the mother of two (daughter Frankie, 21, son Rhyan, 29) showed up in a short clip in a tight two-piece suit with a US flag pattern on July 4th for Independence Day in the USA, there were not only admiring words. There was also criticism.

It was probably a bit “more stylish than that” was mobbed. Or that she is already too “old to wear a bikini” and pretty “desperate”. I beg your pardon?

“Many women have complained about my July 4th video that I posted in a red, white and blue bikini,” the former Baywatch mermaid captioned her new bikini photo.

And clarifies: “Let me tell you something that might surprise you. I can literally wear and do anything I want. With that in mind, here I am in a bikini, perched on a coffee table.”

That’s right, too, thinks fellow actress Tracey Bregman (59). She captioned Donna’s latest bikini pic, “Gorgeous and ‘F’ anyone who tries to put you down. you look amazing Point.”

Others write to the 54-year-old: “Just be yourself. You’re an amazing person” or “My goodness, some people … I smell a little ‘envy’ there. It looks great. Keep it up!”
