Bayern Munich | The top club is apparently targeting the FCB star

Ryan Gravenberch did not go beyond the role of backup player during his first season at Bayern Munich. Because of this, there are persistent rumors of a change about the midfielder. AC Milan from Serie A is obviously looking very closely.

As the Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà reports, Milan have become aware of Ryan Gravenberch from FC Bayern.

The Champions League semi-finalist wants to strengthen in central midfield this summer. Gravenberch is said to have become the focus of those responsible.

The 21-year-old only switched from Ajax Amsterdam to FC Bayern last summer for around 18.5 million euros. However, the Dutchman mostly found himself on the bench under both Julian Nagelsmann and Thomas Tuchel. 937 competitive minutes were not enough for Gravenberch’s own requirements.

Recently there was speculation that the eight could say goodbye to Liverpool FC. The club around coach Jürgen Klopp has been said to be interested in the Oranje ace for weeks.

Gravenberch wants to assert himself at Bayern Munich

In an interview with the Dutch news portal “ad.nl”, Gravenberch recently gave FC Bayern fans hope that they would stay on Säbener Straße.

“I’m assuming that I’ll still be playing for Bayern next season. That’s actually how I see it. I’m at one of the top three clubs in the world. I think that’s special, I won’t give up that quickly. My goal is it’s still going to be successful at Bayern,” the youngster said.

Gravenberch still has a long-term contract with FC Bayern until 2027. The arrival of Konrad Laimer (formerly RB Leipzig) gives the future promise an additional competitor in the fight for a regular place in central midfield.
