“I played here all my youth. Ajax have always been good to me. I have a lot to thank the club for. Then I can’t leave on a free transfer. That won’t happen,” Gravenberch said in February. In 2020 Brian Brobbey (20) left the club for RB Leipzig on a free transfer and André Onana (25) and Noussair Mazraoui (24) will follow in the summer of 2021.
