Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen has given its former U19 player Sadik Fofana a professional contract until 2025.
At the same time, the Werkself and second division club 1. FC Nürnberg agreed to loan the 19-year-old, who will play for the club in the next two seasons.
The defensive talent switched from Alemannia Aachen to Bayer two years ago. Fofana often trained with the professional team last season, but he has not yet made his Bundesliga debut.
