Gustavo Puerta and Bayer Leverkusen will finally go separate paths from July 1st. The 21 -year -old midfielder moves to Hull City to the English second division team after his loan. A corresponding clause was activated, as the two clubs announced on Saturday.
Puerta has played 28 games for Hull and contributed a goal for Hull. Its market value climbed by 500,000 to 3.5 million euros during the loan. The transfer can be paid for him, as the Colombian reporter Pipe Sierra reports. Bayer thus achieves a transfer plus for Puerta, which had come from Bogotá FC to the Werkelf in January 2023 for 2 million euros and played ten games for her. He spent the second half of the 2022/23 season on loan at the 1st FC Nürnberg.
