Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Fortuna Düsseldorf have ended the loan of midfield talent Noah Mbamba. The 20-year-old, who has only come in seven games for the second division clubs for 93 minutes since summer, will be laid further to his Belgian homeland to the first division club FCV Dender anyway.

Fortuna sports director Klaus Allofs said on Tuesday: “We are still convinced of the great potential that Noah has. But unfortunately there were always setbacks that prevented him from finding his place in our group. Under these circumstances, an end to the loan was considered the best solution by all parties. We thank Noah for his commitment and wish him every success in the future. ”

Bayer won MBAMBA in January 2023 for 100,000 euros from FC Bruges and initially deployed in the U19. Since then, the U21 international has already made his debuts for the Werkelf in the Bundesliga and the Europa League.
