During his time at Bayern Munich, Thomas Müller was still seen in advertising campaigns by the club sponsor Paulaner, advertised the beer of the brewery in the team.
But now the 35-year-old “changes” the brand-and after Franz Beckenbauer and Jürgen Klopp takes on the role of the brand ambassador of the Erdinger private brewery. According to information from the sheet, Paulaner is also said to have tried further cooperation with the 2014 world champion. Müller ultimately chose Erdinger – similar to Beckenbauer, who also campaigned for the competitor, even though he was president of the record champions at that time.
Müller, who is now under contract with the Vancouver Whitecaps in the MLS, is said to receive a sum of similarly as its predecessor Klopp. This is said to have earned around two million euros a year at Erdinger.
