The Herford-based clothing supplier Bugatti GmbH announced on Tuesday the appointment of Bastian Droege as Head of Project Management.

Droege will take over the newly created position on January 1, 2026 and will in future lead “the structured management of strategic projects,” the company said. His job is to “standardize processes, coordinate resources efficiently and further network cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent and measurable implementation of strategic goals.”

Julius Brinkmann, the managing partner of the parent company Bugatti Holding Brinkmann GmbH & Co. KG, explained the measure. “With this position, we are creating structures that effectively support our growth and consistently lead the 2030 Agenda towards implementation. The role brings focus, speed and clarity to complex projects – from the idea to the result.”

Droege previously headed Bugatti’s e-commerce

The position was filled by a company veteran: Droege has been working for Bugatti since 2005. As Head of E-Commerce, he is currently responsible for the company’s own online shop, the digital marketplace business and B2B e-commerce as well as online marketing. “In his previous role, he acted as an interface between sales and IT and managed projects,” explained Bugatti. The clothing provider wants to present a new head of e-commerce next year.

With the personnel changes that have now been announced, the company is continuing its structural reform. Just last week, Bugatti announced that Florian Wortmann would take over the newly created position of Chief Brand & Commercial Officer at the beginning of January.
