Special ELachem uniform in the match against Desio. The uniforms will be auctioned on eBay and the proceeds will be donated to the Parents for Autism Onlus Foundation
The special kit that ELachem Vigevano 1955 will wear tomorrow in the match valid for the 33rd day of the championship against Desio on palaELAchem’s home pitch will be dedicated to “World Autism Awareness Day”. The yellow and blue club, currently leaders in group A of the National Serie B championship, will wear a uniform for the occasion which will be auctioned on www.ebay.it in the hours following the match. The proceeds will go to the “Fondazione Genitori per l’Autismo Onlus”, whose headquarters are located in Cascina Rossago, in the San Ponzo Semola district of Ponte Nizza (Pv).

Since May 2002, the Foundation has hosted twenty-six people suffering from severe autism, in three residential units surrounded by greenery. People for whom the conditions have been created to express their particular humanity, in order to achieve a serene and motivated quality of life, developing the maximum possible sociality with those who assist them and with the territory that welcomes them. The Foundation’s logo was inserted on the players’ shirts, depicting the “farmhouse sun”, as represented by a guest of the facility. “We are happy with this initiative – explains Saverio Mazzantini, player of the ducal team -, it is important to convey not only sporting but social messages, for the benefit of those who are less fortunate than us”.
