The Florida team won three of their four away games, but is still well behind the playoff ranks in the East. Franz Wagner only hit five of his 16 shots from the field in Charlotte and ended up with 14 points, Moritz Wagner with eight. Top scorer was rookie Paolo Banchero (22).

Theis loses with the Pacers, Hartenstein wins

Daniel Theis, who had been suffering from knee problems for a long time, suffered a defeat with the Indiana Pacers, against the Cleveland Cavaliers it was 103:122. Theis scored seven points in the third game after his injury.

There was a win for national player Isaiah Hartenstein, who scored two points in just under 26 minutes in his New York Knicks 108:97 against Philadelphia.

The Denver Nuggets lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves 98-128 (43-63). The best team in the Western Conference, however, had to do without several players – including Serbian star Nikola Jokic, who, according to the league, was missing with a hamstring injury.

The Warriors are missing Curry

Four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is likely to be out for a few weeks through injury. As the Warriors announced, the 34-year-old superstar suffered a bruised lower leg and partial tears in an interosseous membrane and a tibiofibular ligament in the 119:113 win against the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night.

Curry will definitely miss Monday’s Warriors encounter (local time) against Oklahoma City Thunder, with Golden State planning to provide more information about a return “in the coming days”. According to ESPN, Curry will be out at least until the Allstar Game in Salt Lake City on February 19 (local time).

It is Curry’s second injury break of the current season. In mid-December, he suffered a partial dislocation of his right shoulder and missed 11 games with the Warriors. With just 27 wins from 53 games, defending champions Golden State are lagging behind their own claims.
