One of the greatest basketball players of all time Shaquille O’Neal, 50, revealed his current condition on Instagram. The over two-meter colossus hasn’t missed gym days in his retirement days.

The four-time NBA champion shared a video of himself in front of the mirror without a shirt, where the man’s middle body was especially in tight shape.

O’Neal ended his basketball career in 2011. After that, he found his passion, among other things, in bodybuilding. O’Neal works with bodybuilders. There are many workout videos on social media shared with his 26.8 million followers.

The 216-centimeter ex-basketball player was named an honorary ambassador for the 2020 Mr. Olympia. At the Arnold Classic 2021, O’Neal met a bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Bodybuilding has not always been easy for O’Neal, as the man described 2020, ruined by the pandemic, as difficult. His loved ones died and his enthusiasm for maintaining fitness decreased.
