The singer has posted a photo with an initially uplifting message underneath. “The very last chemo 🎂❤️ super happy!!,” she writes on Instagram. “But…” And then it turns out that her message is not as uplifting as it initially seems…

Emma’s practitioners had very bad news in store for her. “Unfortunately, my treatment process is not finished yet. At first everything indicated that I was in stage 1, but after surgery to remove lymph nodes I was told that my cancer had spread (stage 3). 😢”
