The Chelsea lefty winger spoke to ‘RadioEstadio’ about his most immediate future

Marcos Alonso has become one of the names of this summer transfer market. Because of his contractual situation (he ends his contract in June 2023) and because of his intention to try a new adventure, especially if the accommodation can be in Spain. The left-handed winger has shone with his own light in Italy and England and now he wants to do it in Spanish territory.
Barça is one of the teams that has been most interested in his situation. They are looking for a left-back and Marcos Alonso fits the profile they are looking for. About that possible future in Spain the Spaniard has spoken, who has not wanted to get too wet. He has one year left on his contract at Chelsea and, therefore, he knows that he cannot talk too much.
Of course, he does not deny his desire to play in the League sooner rather than later: “Go back to Spain? I have one more year on my contract. I have already said it other times that I would like to, but in the end it does not depend entirely on me. It is clear that the desire to one day play in Spain is there”.
The name of Marcos Alonso, together with that of Gayà, is the one that most likes in the Barça technical secretariat.
