After the damage to the undersea electricity cable between Finland and Estonia, the Baltic and Scandinavian countries want to tighten control of ships in the Baltic Sea. An action plan is being drawn up to better protect energy infrastructure, says Lithuanian Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas.
