AZ has completed the arrival of Jens Odgaard. The 23-year-old midfielder comes from the Italian Sassuolo and will sign in Alkmaar until the summer of 2027.

Odgaard played on a rental basis at RKC Waalwijk last season. In 30 games, he scored 8 goals, including against Ajax and Feyenoord, and provided 6 assists.
