Excelsior is the new club of Kenzo Goudmijn. The midfielder is rented out by AZ for six months to the number two of the first division.
In the first half of the season, Goudmijn was rented out by the Alkmaarders to premier divisionist Sparta Rotterdam. He played eleven league matches for that club, all as a substitute. Due to the limited number of playing minutes, it was decided that another club would suit him better.
Goudmijn (20) still has a contract with AZ until the summer of 2024.
