“The accumulated amounts do not reach the normal values ​​in a large part of the peninsula, except in the provinces of Granada, Almería, Murcia and the Valencian Community, as well as points of the Cantabrian coast, in which the normal values ​​were exceeded”, of according to the document.

In the Canary archipelago, precipitation did not exceed normal values in none of the islands, remaining below 50% of its average value for the period 1981-2010, although the Balearic archipelago did exceed them on the western side of the islands.
