At least 23 killed in fighting in Libyan capital Tripoli

Violence has flared up again in Libya. Rival groups fired on each other in Tripoli. According to the Ministry of Health, at least 23 people were killed, including 17 civilians; 87 people were injured. There are fears that the battle for the capital will again turn into a large-scale conflict in the oil-rich North African country, which has been in a serious political crisis for years.
