FIrenze, 11 Feb. (askanews) – Tuscany today has a regional law that regulates assisted suicide. In fact, it was approved by the Regional Council with 27 votes in favor of the center -left and 13 against the center -right – no abstention and a single councilor who did not express himself – the proposal for a popular initiative law proposed by the Luca Coscioni Associationwith some changes that, according to the Democratic Party, substantially do not change its fundamental pillars, in particular the gratuity of the services and treatments carried out by the regional health service as part of the therapeutic-welfare path of medically assisted suicide.
