Tim Phipps takes on the role of sportswear and outdoor director.
Phipps will “play a key role in the commercial leadership team, helping to execute a crucial part of Asos’ growth strategy,” the British online retailer announced on Monday. He will promote the areas of sportswear and outdoor with own and third-party brands.
Phipps previously worked for US sportswear company Nike in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), most recently as Senior Business Director for NBHD & SNKR. He has 20 years of experience in sports and fashion brands. In addition to Nike, he also worked for Reebok and Fred Perry.
