Seven people have now been arrested for the artok in the Drents Museum. After the burglary in the museum in Assen, a months -long knock hunt started on the perpetrators.
The research soon focused on a group of people from Noord-Holland, especially from Heerhugowaard. Three of the suspects are allowed to wait for the investigation, but remain the suspect in the case.
Four others are still stuck. The court will decide on 9 May in a public hearing in Assen or their pre -trial detention will be extended. During that session, the Public Prosecution Service also gives an update on the state of the investigation.
