The beginnings in painting are always in childhood when you feel happiness when making a drawing, the playful fills you. With some innate ability when I finish the secondary school, I raise my parents to follow Fine Arts, but my parents with all the love and concern for my future, take it from my head with the idea that I may die of hunger … the alternative was the Faculty of Economic Sciences where I end up receiving me from a public accountant, almost the same.
Anyway I never stopped going to painting workshops.
That economic security exchange for setting aside a vocation comes a time that hatches.
Being an accountant although I was “socially well” made me deeply unhappy. My father’s death made me rethink my life. That crisis approached me again as an exhaust valve. In little I started participating in competitions and my first exhibitions.
Connecting with the painters that one admired, I met Georg Miciú in San Martín de los Andes, and he motivated me to dedicate myself fully to painting.
It was not an easy or romantic decision to leave everything, burn the accountant title cut with the system and go to live on the paint on the mountain!
It was, more or less, choosing economic security against living what you like, was to stop being what they asked me to be against yourself, was to follow in those “liars” lives or be what God wants from me. It was to find the dilemma of the end of high school again, but I already knew how it ended.
Paula, my wife, supports me a lot, I don’t agree to follow her husband in a change of life like this.
Since January 2008 I live in San Martín de los Andes, painting.
It is not an idyll, it is not Heidi, nor a romantic film, but they do not give an idea of the great satisfaction that it feels to be able to live on what one loves to do.
Since then I have performed a lot of samples and exhibitions.
Today my works can be found in the main art galleries in Buenos Aires, and in private collections around the world.
My next sample will be held on March 13 at the Los Collectors gallery.
