Of the September 11 to 16The village – Pilar will become the scene of Art stylean exhibition that proposes to live art in a different way: without barriers, open to all and guided by sensitivity and emotion.
In his First editionunder the motto UTOPIAThe exhibition invites possible future futures through works that cross creativity, technology and new forms of expression. The tour gathers painting, digital art, sculptures, intervened photographs, drawings and objects that reflect diverse perspectives on how art is understood and lived today.
A diverse tour
The visitor can travel through cured spaces in alliance with recognized galleries, trajectory museums and referents of contemporary art. Each room dialogues with the other in a network of innovative proposals. He digital art will have a central role, with interactive facilities and the presentation of the winning works in the National Digital Art Contestorganized together with online art and the University of the Salvador.
The exhibition also opens a special chapter to the new voices of the local level. In a pavilion dedicated to emerging artists from Pilar and North Zone, the public will find fresh proposals, connected to the pulse of the present and with looks that seek to challenge from the proximity.
The tour culminates in a Art Shop With author objects and in a gastronomic space designed to share, pause and prolong the meeting experience proposed by the exhibition.
Art with purpose
Beyond its cultural dimension, art style is also a Solidarity initiative NGOs driven Friends of Pilarorganization that since 1996 has been working to improve the quality of life of children in vulnerability. The proceeds in this first edition will be allocated to finance Children’s Dental Care Scholarshipsconsolidating a commitment that has been more than three decades.
In art style art is not contemplated at a distance: You live, touch, ask and transform. The proposal does not only seek to exhibit, but generate experiences that open their eyes and bring art to the day to day of the community.
