Arnold Schwarzenegger 28 year old boy, Joseph Baenahas won his first bodybuilding competition at the NPC Natural Colorado State event, says People.
Baena achieved first place in several categories, including the open heavyweight division and the classical physics division. She shared her win on Instagram, where she posed on stage to celebrate her bodybuilding debut.
Baena trained in preparation under his father in California. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who won seven Mr. Olympia titles and five Mr. Universe titles, is widely recognized as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.
Baena is now following in her father’s footsteps, but previously shared on Instagram that her darker body has not always been a given.
When he was younger, Baena was overweight and was bullied at school. She said that even her closest friends made fun of her because of her weight. Swimming and exercise helped him find his self-confidence and led him to bodybuilding.
