Action stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone have starred together in movies like Escape Plan and The Expendables. But apparently they also like to do something together in their free time. A photo on Schwarzenegger’s Instagram account shows both carving pumpkins. “Happy Halloween,” writes the “Terminator”.
Stallone also shared the photo on his own Instagram account. “Me and my good friend Arnold are spending time in his awesome office carving pumpkin heads for Halloween with survival knives!!! It’s what real ACTION guys do on their free time!” the Rambo actor wrote.
A look back at Stallone’s Instagram post history shows that it was not a one-off meeting: At the beginning of October, the action star shared a picture showing him side by side with Schwarzenegger. “Congratulations to my good friend Arnold Schwarzenegger on having an incredibly successful fundraiser to benefit the children,” Stallone wrote. “He still looks strong as a bull!” Apparently the shot was taken at an event organized by the After-School All-Stars organization, which helps children from low-income families.
Stallone will appear in The Expendables 4 in 2023. Unlike in the last films, Schwarzenegger is apparently not part of the fourth part of the series.
