Armed man shoots victim in French cafe and flees to the Netherlands: judge had doubts about detention in French cell

A criminal who fled to the Netherlands after a shooting in France was extradited to that country after four months. The process of transferring the man was delayed, partly because the judge in our country who had to decide his fate had doubts about the detention conditions in France.
