The Swedish fashion filmist Arket, which belongs to the H&M group, opens its first flagship store in Vienna on Mariahilfer Straße 70 on May 16, 2025. The store is the first physical location of the brand in Austria.
It extends over a total area of 829 square meters on two levels and is located in a historic bank building from 1914.
In accordance with the guidelines of monument protection, the original marble walls, floors and other architectural features were preserved and restored where necessary.
In addition to the brand range of the brand-clothing and accessories for women, men and children-the store also offers products for personal care and for interior design. As usual with Arket, an Arket Café is also integrated, which is developed and managed by the renowned Swedish chef Maran Berg.
“We are very excited to finally open our first Arket location in the beautiful city of Vienna. We look forward to meeting our Austrian customers personally and inviting them to discover our vision of a better everyday life,” says Arket managing director Pernilla Wohlfahrt.
