Football fans can rejoice: Pictures of the Bundesliga games will be available earlier than usual on Sundays.
The ARD “Sportschau Fußball-Bundesliga” will be shown half an hour earlier than before in the ARD media library and on sportschau.de from Sunday, March 10th. The broadcaster announced this on Tuesday under the motto “online first”. The program will be broadcast live online from 9:15 p.m.
The usual coverage of the day’s Bundesliga matches will then follow in the sports broadcasts of the third programs from 9.45 p.m. and in the daily topics at 10.45 p.m.
ARD sports coordinator Axel Balkausky said: “So you can now see pictures of the 7.30 p.m. game next Sunday shortly after the final whistle.” And further: “The earlier on Sunday evening our reports from the current games in the Bundesliga can be seen by the fans, the nicer it is for them.”
The Sunday games in the Bundesliga this season will be shown live on the streaming service DAZN for a fee.
