The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of Mrs. Dr. FGF (Faustina) Peters as justice in the Supreme Court. The appointment takes effect on March 1, 2024.
The justice is appointed on the recommendation of the House of Representatives and will sit in the tax chamber of the Supreme Court. Mr. Peters is currently a senior judge at the Court of Appeal in The Hague.
