Marjorie Philipse-Breitenstein will start in October 2022 as a military member of the Joint Court of Justice at the Court of First Instance. The Kingdom Council of Ministers has approved this nomination for appointment on the proposal of Minister Weerwind for Legal Protection.
Mrs. Philipse-Breitenstein is currently Lieutenant Commander 1 (LD) in the Navy. At the Court she succeeds the current military member mrs. Borsje-Senders, who will be repatriating on 1 October.
