Moise Kean played great against the DFB team in March. The Italian could soon switch to Germany – to Bayern.

Harry Kane is the life insurance of FC Bayern. The English striker has been hitting in Munich in 2023 as on the assembly line. However, if Kane fails, the Bavarians are mostly stuck, flew from the DFB Cup (0-1 against Bayer Leverkusen) without him, for example, from the DFB Cup last December. For the 31-year-old, there is no adequate replacement in the squad.

The German record champion could now have identified it in Italy: Moise Kean from AC Florence. As the French portal “Foot Mercato” reports, FC Bayern is said to have observed the striker for the entire season. With Manchester United, another top club Kean also has on the piece of paper.

The 25-year-old is well known in Germany-without ever playing in the Bundesliga. Rather, Kean impressed in the jersey of the Italian national team at the last meeting with the DFB selection. In March there was a memorable 3: 3 in the Nations League in March. Germany already led 3-0 before Kean shortened per double pack and ended with Italy through Giacomo Raspadori.

Kean still has a long -term contract in Florence. He was bound to the club from Tuscany by 2029. However, the contract should include an exit clause. Kean could go for 50 million euros. However, the clause apparently only applies to a period of around two weeks, namely from July 1st to July 15th of this year.

Kean already has a moving career. The center forward was trained at Juventus Turin, moving to the Premier League for 27.5 million euros in 2019 for 27.5 million euros. With the “Toffees”, however, he was never convincing-unlike a loan in the meantime, Paris Saint-Germain. In 2021 his ex-club Juventus lent him from Everton and committed him in 2023 for 30 million euros. But Kean rarely knew how to shine at the old place of work.

Last summer he moved on to AC Florence for 13 million euros. Here Kean finally found his luck. So far, he has reached 23 goals in 41 competitive games for the Fiorentina. Kean with the team could also win a trophy in his first season. Florence is in the semi-finals of the Conference League, meets Betis Sevilla on Thursday evening in the second leg in front of a home crowd (from 9 p.m. in the live ticker at T-Online). The Italians had lost the first leg 1-2.
