A very Italian comedy dedicated to all the fantasy of the boot
What happens when the fantasy football stops being just a game and turns into a real obsession? What starts in the mind when the passion for auctions, formations and Monday bonuses go beyond all limit? On Netflix from 27 August it arrives Any cursed fantasy footballan all -Italian comedy that transforms the favorite game from the fans into a mined field of alleged friendships, low blows and bets at the limit of the regulation. In the film, directed by Alessio Maria Federici, Diletta Leotta, Caterina Guzzanti, Pierluigi Pardo, play among others, Giuseppe Pastore, Daniele Orsato, Riccardo Gentile.

Any cursed fantasy football: the plot

In Any cursed fantasy footballa group of friends finds himself involved in an unlikely investigation when Giannichampion of the league “never a joy”, disappears on his wedding day and the last day of Serie A. The absence at the altar is not so much, as the fact that, for the first time, has not deployed training. To interrogate the main suspect, Simone, is an integral judge, played by Caterina Guzzanti. Around them, a group of fantasy hiders outside the head, between grudges, insults, compromising screenshots and threats that perhaps were something more than a joke. What if the fantasy football had become a motive? The real trophy may not be the victory … but a matter of revenge.
