Big Brother Finland became familiar with the program Anu Puumalainen sets a cautionary example on social media.
In an Instagram video, he explains how he got the call today, Thursday.
– I got the kind of call that no parent would want to receive, Puumalainen says.
In the call, he had heard how his fourth grade son had been in a traffic accident. Puumalainen says that luckily the case was saved with a scare and his son is fine.
The boy from Puuma had been cycling to school and he had crossed the crosswalk.
– A car had come from there and this driver was not in the crosswalk Taste apparently noticed.
Puumalainen says that there was not much traffic at the time and according to an eyewitness, his son would have read the traffic correctly, i.e. considered that it was safe to cross the road.

The car had hit Puumalainen’s son, who had complained about his knee after the incident.
– Nothing happened to anyone, everything is fine. But that always scares and shocks the fourth grader as well as the parents. Hopefully this driver was also scared enough to be more careful in traffic in the future, says Puumalainen.
Especially in the face of winter, Puumalainen hopes that those who saw the video would be careful in traffic and would also discuss with children the dangers caused by slippery conditions or other weather conditions.
– Remember to warn the children at home that even if you are careful in traffic, not all adults read the traffic correctly, he says.
In his publication, he reminds us that together we can prevent similar frightening phone calls that no parent would want to receive.
In the comment field of the publication, they are happy that “angels were on their way” in the case and that Puumalainen’s son is fine.
– And those reflectors for both children and adults, it’s really hard for a motorist to see a black figure walking in the dark without a reflector, one reminds.
