Rijpma-De Jong finished second in the 3000 meters with a time of 4:00.68. Third place went to Joy Beune (4:00.85). In the standings, Elisa Dul is currently in third place on the podium. Tomorrow is the final day. Then the 1500 meters and 5000 meters are on the program.

Antoinette Rijpma-de Jong started excellently. On the ice in Thialf, the skater won the 500 meters, the first distance, in a time of 38.40 seconds, a personal best. Second place was for Marijke Groenewoud (38.95 seconds). Esther Dul was third (39.15 seconds). Defending champion Merel Conijn finished ninth (40.09 seconds). Joy Beune was sixth fastest with 39.53 seconds.

World all-round champion Irene Schouten does not participate in the Dutch Championships. The 30-year-old skater of Team AH Zaanlander already signed out for the tournament last week.
