Anouk lost a chance of participating Songfestival by refusing audition: ‘We did not find it necessary’

Singer Anouk (50) has refused to do live audition for the committee that selected the Dutch entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. Anouk wanted to go to Basel with the Rockummer Where the Mind Goes, but without such an audition, participation would be excluded. Claude did audition and was chosen.
