Another signal of resistance from the US culture sector: National Opera Washington leaves the Kennedy Center

The Washington National Opera, the national opera company of the United States, departs from the Kennedy Center in Washington. In a statement, first published by The New York Times on Friday, the opera said it “aims for an early termination of the collaboration” with the center.
