When plainclothes officers see a car driving on Saturday evening whose driver has previously been involved in drug crimes, they decide to follow it.

The car is driving an ‘illogical route’, the officers noticed. And when he finally stops, they see from a distance how the driver gives something to someone.

They find this suspicious enough to send colleagues in uniform to investigate. When they search the driver, a filled ankle sock is revealed. It contains several types of drugs, but that does not appear to be the total stock.

Another sock ‘in an illogical place’

Another sock containing mind-altering substances is found in an ‘illogical place’ in his car, which is also confiscated.

While the suspect is arrested for drug trafficking and possession, other officers visit the buyer. He is also arrested on suspicion of drug possession.

Later in the evening, the home of the suspected dealer is also searched, but this does not result in anything punishable.
