Anger in England after blunder: sex offender accidentally released from prison

An Ethiopian was accidentally released from an English prison on Friday morning. The 38-year-old asylum seeker was serving a prison sentence for, among other things, the sexual assault of several women, including a 14-year-old girl. British authorities are still looking for the man on Saturday morning.
