André Hazes still lives on in many hearts: “If you say Hazes, you say the Netherlands”

After his death in 2004, André Hazes remains an important part of Dutch music culture. Hazes’ songs are still being played in pubs, sang live as with Holland Zingt Hazes and Brudd in Football Stadiums. A monument for the artist is set up in the new series of blood, sweat and tears. “It is cultural heritage,” said singer Marco Schuitmaker.
