Ex-husband of wellness coach Karita Tykä, Petri Likesopenly expressed his feelings about the couple’s divorce on Facebook on Sunday.

In the update, Petri said that he had made, among other things, “the biggest mistake of his life more than 20 years ago” and described that his life had been a “gentle mental and physical downhill” after that.

Iltalehti has not reached Karita Tykka to comment on the matter. However, she has posted several updates on social media after her ex-spouse’s update.

– You asked how I cope… I don’t spend my energy on the past anymore – it doesn’t define me. Peace comes when you stop returning to places where you shouldn’t be anymore, he writes in his publication Instagram in the stories section.

Stories are available for viewing 24 hours after they are published.

After taking her stand, Karita has also published videos of herself calmly moving her body to the beat of the music in her Instagram stories. In one video he writes:

– Movement liberates… I look with confidence, walk with the lightest steps possible and breathe. Growth requires the courage to choose yourself. And it is in that choice that I find freedom.

Karita and Petri Tykkä got married in 2008. By John Palmé

In March, Karita Tykkä said on Instagram that she filed for divorce from her husband Petri Tykkä. The announcement came about a year and a half after Petri had announced on Facebook that he was seeking a divorce, accompanied by harsh accusations. However, the divorce was canceled in October 2023.

Petri said in March that the divorce application does not arouse any feelings in him, because the couple had already separated at the time of the first divorce application, i.e. in the fall of 2023.

– I have done my mourning work a year and a half ago. Of course it’s sad that you can’t trust another person, Petri complained.

– Nothing here. We haven’t been on speaking terms for a long time, he said.

The couple married in August 2008 and have a joint Luca-son. In March, Petri stated that taking care of a child does not require constant communication from the parents. Luca alternately lives half of the time with his father and half of the time with his mother.

Iltalehti has so far not reached Petri Tykka to comment on his new Facebook post either.
